Security and privacy

Ideate will not ask for your password.

Do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, access tokens, recovery phrases, private credentials, production secrets, or highly sensitive files unless they are specifically necessary for the support issue and you intentionally choose to provide them.

We aim to respond as soon as practical, but response times may vary.

Ideate does not provide a guaranteed support response time or formal support SLA.
